MSN China recently announced a Rainbow Movement. It calls for Chinese MSN users to add a rainbow icon in their MSN nicknames. For every one who joined in the movement, MSN China and Toyota Guangzhou will donate 0.1 Yuan each. The money will be used to built “rainbow” hope schools in disaster areas in Sichuan.
Until the publishing of this article, more than 800 thousands people have took part in the movement and about 1.6 million yuan was raised.
Note: To take part in this activity, users simply need to insert (R) before their nicknames.

As such, I was finally enlightening and understood why the bloody hell rainbows started popping up in everyone's MSN names last week. What's this, I thought, Rainbow Appreciation Day or something?
Ah, then I read that in Gladys' blog. Cheh! It's for 0.1 yuan for rainbow schools! Okay fine since it's for a good cause I shall valiantly place a rainbow in front of my MSN nickname.
Then came the bombshell from Elza.

THE FREAKING RAINBOWS ARE USED AS MALICIOUS TOOLS TO HACK INTO YOUR COMPUTERS AND EAT YOUR HARDWARE OR WHATEVER!!! OMG YOU MUST REMOVE THOSE RAINBOWS NOW!!! IT'S A FAKE! IT'S A CONSPIRACY! IT'S A COLOSSAL PLOT TO DOMINATE THE COMPUTERS OF MANKIND AKA RULING THE WORLD THROUGH MSN RAINBOWS!
Thus far I only see 3 people left with the rainbow icons and I wish them the best of luck and I give them my sympathies when their computers explode the day after tomorrow.
